An upscale apartment resort, situated in a small beach-side community of Indian Shores, approximately 10 minutes drive south of Clearwater Beach. Numerous shops and restaurants are within 3 km radius.

A heated outdoor pool with a sundeck and lounge chairs in a lush tropical landscaped surrounding. Barbecue grills for the guests. Coin operated laundries (small fee) are situated in each of the six buildings. Free car-parking. Small street between the buildings and the beach.

Large apartments offering one-bedrooms (70 sq m with one queen size bed and sleeper sofa) and two-bedrooms (92 sq m with one queen size bed room and one twn room ). All with shower, wc and hairdryer. Telephone, and iron/ironing board. All have Living rooms with sofa beds and cable TV with DVD and CD player. Full kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, microwaves and dishwashers. Linens and pillows are provided. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Room with 2 or 4 beds, depending on room type, with option to be used by 4 or 6 persons. All of them sharing the existing beds.
